Also, you could just kill mortimer and get the key. Mortimer gives you a key to the penthouse and you can go leave evidence that he killed his son. I believe that if you work with the white glove society you gain the option to frame the guys dad for his murder (even though he's still alive in the freezer area). I know it says that the Penthouse is acquirable through a certain course of action in Beyond the Beef, but I've yet to figure out which path this is nor are there any indications that such a quest path even exists? Could someone please clarify or elaborate? Thank you.
